Billing Information
We offer bulk billing Consultation for all eligible patients, including pensioners over 65, children under 16, DVA card holders, and all other patients. This means there are no out-of-pocket expenses for standard consultations when you present your Medicare card.
Consultation Fees
For patients who are not eligible for bulk billing, our consultation fees are competitive and transparent. We accept various payment methods including cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards. Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation and Late Payments
Important policies to ensure fair access to our services
Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the booked appointment schedule or if Fail to Attend, will attract a $50.00 cancellation fee to be paid on the day or prior to the following visit.
Late Payments
Payment is required on the day of the appointment. Accounts that have not been settled within 14 days will incur a $50 per week late fee for every week beyond the first 14 days.
